Hi, I’m Katie.
I’ve been part of the Kingston community for over 16 years, working with women to build strength, confidence, and resilience—both in their bodies and in their lives.
My approach combines functional training with thoughtful, intuitive coaching. It’s practical, intentional, and focused on sustainable change—not quick fixes. We work on how you move, how you listen to your body, and the habits and mindset that support long-term progress.
I work with women who want to feel strong, capable, and connected to themselves, and who are ready to move with purpose and confidence—on their own terms.
